Introductory Level Classes:

Intro to Improv Part I: Testing The Waters

You love watching, now get playing!  Get your feet wet with the basics of improv and turn fear into fun with this easy-going introduction to improvised theatre.

Intro to Improv Part II: Going Deeper

Continue building on what you learned in Level A, and wade into spontaneous agreement, character, and stage skills.


Intermediate Level Classes:

Intermediate Improv: Character

Learn how to move your improv from the shallow end to the deep end with rich, detailed characters and relationships onstage.

Intermediate Improv: Narrative

Telling effective and entertaining stories is what improvisers strive to do!  Make your scenes go swimmingly by creating strong beginnings; introducing narrative shifts, conflicts, or tension; and satisfyingly wrapping up your stories.

Intermediate Improv: Short Form

This course will teach you how to develop effective scenes within fun, energetic, and challenging improv games.  Sink or swim when improvising at a break-neck speed!

Intermediate Improv: Long Form

Dive into the popular Harold format!  Learn the classic structure, techniques, and style.

 


Conservatory Auditions

Auditions for both Short Form Conservatory & Long Form Conservatory take place generally in September and January. Auditions are how you will be recommended for either conservatory. Check back here for more information.
